But we recognize not everyone wants eggs. So what else can you eat for breakfast that fits the program?
You can have any kind of meat or breakfast meat for breakfast and skip the eggs altogether. You could try a European-style platter of deli meats, smoked salmon or lox, nuts and cheeses for your breakfast instead. You can also eat lunch/dinner meats and vegetables (or left over dinner) for breakfast, too. If you are in a hurry, you could eat your apple along with a handful of nuts for a breakfast on the go.
